The Coffee Book Tag ☕️

Hey guys! So today I’m bringing together two of my favourite things: coffee and books.

I hope everyone is having a lovely day! Now on to the tag…

Question #1: Black: Name a series that’s tough to get into but has hardcore fans.
The Lord of The Rings series by J R R Tolkien. I own the box set of these but I still haven’t read them. I’ve watched the films and loved them, but I haven’t read them as of yet. They are very high up on my TBR, though.

Question #2: Peppermint mocha: Name a book that gets more popular during the winter or a festive time of year.

Harry Potter. I know this is such a generic answer but it’s the first thing that popped into my mind.

Question #3: Hot chocolate: What is your favorite children’s book?

The Skulduggery Pleasant series by Derek Landy. I honestly loved these books, and I want to reread them all. However, all of my copies are destroyed so I want to get the box set of them.

Question #4: Double shot of espresso: Name a book that kept you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.

Our Dark Duet by V. E. Schwab. I loved this duology and this book has become one of my favourites of all time.

Question #5: Starbucks: Name a book you see everywhere.

Turtles All The Way Down by John Green. It’s for good reason though, I loved it.

Question #6: That hipster coffee shop: Give a book by an indie author a shoutout.

I genuinely don’t have an answer for this question. If anyone knows any good books which is wrote by an indie author – please let me know!

Question #7: Oops! I accidentally got decaf: Name a book you were expecting more from.

Paper Towns by John Green. I was expecting so much more but I just found it so boring. I haven’t watched the film either because I swear the whole two hours of it would be the characters just driving about.

Question #8: The perfect blend: Name a book or series that was both bitter and sweet but ultimately satisfying.

Between Shades of Grey by Ruta Sepetys. This book was so raw but beautiful, and I sped through it.

Thanks for reading!
